We didn’t invent Madame Croissant — we discovered it.

The concept was born in Germany, where long queues quickly formed for its flaky, cream-filled croissants. As soon as we tasted them, we knew the idea belonged in Amsterdam’s vibrant foodie scene. In 2024 we secured the Dutch franchise rights and opened the first store on Hartenstraat.

Our mission is to translate the original German craftsmanship into a uniquely Amsterdam experience: local dairy, seasonal Dutch produce and the easygoing service the city is known for. Today our team bakes every croissant freshly in the morning, fills each croissant to order and delivers trays of sweet-and-savory goodness to offices, launches and private events across town.
